Terms of Use

Welcome to FocusTrain. These terms are an agreement between you and the app developer for downloading, installing and using the app.

By downloading, installing or using the app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms. If you disagree, stop using and delete the app.

These terms supplement Apple’s Standard EULA. For app-specific matters these terms apply; matters not covered here are subject to Apple’s agreement. Purchases are also subject to Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

FocusTrain is a focus timer and journey app. Core timing works offline; purchases, restoration and iCloud sync require Apple services and a network connection.

• Focus timing and carriage modes: Relaxed, Whitelist and Strict.
• Journey progress, city collections, achievements and tickets.
• Home Screen widgets and Live Activities (iOS 16.1 or later).
• Sounds, wallpaper and appearance settings.

Basic focus features remain available to free users. Some routes, member scenes and cloud sync require Pro. The app’s purchase page specifies the available benefits. Basic data syncs automatically; history sync is controlled by the switch. See the Privacy Policy.

We may add, change or retire features. If a change materially reduces a benefit you have paid for, we will notify you in the app or on this page in advance and provide an appropriate resolution.

• Access is tied to the Apple Account used for the purchase. Use Restore Purchase with that account to restore access on your devices.
• Lifetime Pro does not expire with a subscription and does not automatically renew.
• Plan changes, effective dates and charges are governed by Apple’s purchase confirmation and subscription status. Family Sharing applies only if the product supports it and Apple’s conditions are met; it is not guaranteed for every purchase.

• Billing cycle: Monthly plans renew every month and annual plans every 12 months. Apple charges the payment method associated with your Apple Account.
• Renewal timing: Apple may charge for renewal within 24 hours before the current billing period ends.
• Cancel: Open iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → FocusTrain, or use Manage subscriptions.
• When to cancel: Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid renewal.
• After cancellation: Pro access lasts until the current paid period ends, then the app returns to free access. Local records are retained.
• Payment availability: Keep your payment method valid. Failed renewal caused by insufficient funds or an expired card may interrupt access.

Prices are determined through Apple’s pricing system and may vary by region, currency, tax and promotions. The final amount is the price shown in Apple’s purchase confirmation.

We may adjust prices or offer discounts. Changes apply to subsequent purchases, without changing an already-paid period. Apple notifies you under its rules when an auto-renewing price increases. A later price reduction does not entitle an earlier purchase to a price-difference refund.

Check your network and update the app. Open the Pro purchase page and choose Restore Purchase. Confirm your subscription in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions, and make sure you are using the Apple Account that made the purchase.

If access is still missing, email vebnova@163.com with the Apple order number, purchase time and a screenshot. Do not send payment details or passwords.

Apple collects all in-app payments and is the only party that can issue a refund. We cannot refund a transaction directly.

Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with the purchasing Apple Account, find the order and request a refund with the reason. Apple reviews the request and provides the result through your account or email.

Contact support if Apple needs a product-side explanation, such as evidence of a feature fault. Digital content and subscriptions are delivered when unlocked; eligibility for a refund is determined by Apple’s policies. Avoid repeated short-term purchase and refund cycles.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, crack or bypass in-app purchase verification.
• Alter or forge app statistics or ticket images to deceive others.
• Use scripts or simulators to generate records in bulk.
• Use the app for activities that violate applicable law.

We may restrict related features in subsequent versions if these activities occur.

The app’s code, interface, characters, illustrations, audio, text, icons and other content belong to the developer or respective rights holders and are protected by copyright and other laws.

You may install and run the app on your personal devices for normal use. Scene wallpapers are licensed for use as wallpaper on your own devices only; commercial use, redistribution and sublicensing require permission. Contact vebnova@163.com for commercial licensing.

The app is provided as is. We make reasonable efforts to keep it stable and available, without guaranteeing uninterrupted or error-free operation.

• We cannot recover data lost through device failure, system upgrades, accidental deletion or missing backups, and do not assume responsibility for such losses.
• We do not assume responsibility for limitations caused by force majeure, network problems or Apple service failures.
• The app supports personal focus management and does not provide medical, psychological or health advice. Seek professional assistance for serious attention or emotional difficulties.

We may update these terms as the app evolves. The revised version and update date will be published here. Material changes affecting your rights will also be communicated through reasonable means, such as an in-app notice.

Continuing to use the app after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree, stop using the app.

The interpretation, validity and dispute resolution of these terms are governed by the laws of mainland China, excluding conflict-of-laws rules.

The parties should first try to resolve disputes through friendly discussion. If no agreement is reached, a dispute may be brought before a competent court at the developer’s place of residence.

If you are outside mainland China, Apple’s applicable terms for your location may also apply.
